The mainstream blogosphere is in the midst of a big shake-up. For one thing, Ezra Klein is leaving his Typepad site for an American Prospect blogging, with his weekend bloggers (Nick Beaudrot, litbrit, everybody’s favorite Ethical Werewolf) starting up a group blog. But at least Ezra and the gang will still be blogging – Garance Franke-Ruta is leaving both the Prospect and her personal blog to become the political editor/publisher of the online edition of the Washington Post. In her role as a contributor to TAPPED, she was one of the first bloggers I read, and while I’m really happy that she’s landed such a great position, I’ll certainly miss her posts. Good luck, Garance.
